Youth Bible Class - Our Sunday morning
Bible-based classes are tailor made to teach young people character,
integrity and social skills. The youth group is divided into two groups:
Junior High grades (7-9) and Senior High grades (10-12).
Youth Service - Periodically
we have a service especially designed for and conducted by our youth. This
service has worship and praise and a thought-provoking message from the
Bible. This allows the youth the opportunity to develop talents and
abilities in a Christian environment.
Youth Convention - Each year the state
of Arizona churches come together for three nights of special services to
encourage and uplift the youth. These services are usually scheduled for the
week of Spring Break, for most schools. A dynamic speaker will challenge
them to be the best Christians they can be. Also, a banquet or gym lock-in
is frequently scheduled after these services. This is a good time of
fellowship, allowing teams to meet new friends.
Youth Camp - Each summer for five days
in August, the state of Arizona churches provide a camp in Northern Arizona
for single youth, ages 13-20. Bible classes, choir and recreational activities
are scheduled each day with a service every evening designed to relate to
their needs.
Youth Activities - Throughout the year,
numerous fun activities such as snow trips, hayrides, gym lock-ins, parties
and outings are provided to keep teenagers active and involved. |
